I guess I'm going to have to start doing things properly

I have a cheapy pressure washer, that does sterling service, and I don't *really* want to fork out for a new one, so does anyone know if the adapters are standard?

They are not standard, but you can get an adapter for most makes of pressure washer for a fiver or so, see e.g. http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/ultimate-snow-foam/spare-adapters-ultimate-snow-foam-lance.aspx (adapters for that particular lance).

I've seen a few deals around on Karchers recently, CM. An expensive way of getting your snow foam lance, but the car is worth it and it'll keep you away from any jobs your good lady may give to you!

For all the Aussies on here, there is a 50% government rebate on many water saving devices at the moment if you have a business and a water account in the business name. Commercial pressure washers fall under this category, so I was able to get a Karcher for half price. I bought the lance through the same ebay guys as Geoff and they were very helpful in determining correct fitting requirements.

Heh. Mrs Catman is far too busy doing exciting sutff to worry about giving me jobs (other than, maybe, pressure washing the decking)
