Siemens valve 3200gt

Hi peeps any one with experience regarding the siemens valve operation. I have been vacum testing all the vacum pipe from rear of manifold / plenum. All but the one to this valve located nearside uk next to power steering tank with engine off hold a vacum. So not sure if this should also. Any info would be much appreciated. Regards

If it’s the one I think it is the connection on the left has a vacuum input that when it is applied opens the valve between the other two connections.

Hi Oneball agree so if I get this right. With engine and ignition off, with a vacum applied the valve should open the diaphragm. Thanks for reply.
