Selling my 3200GT

Hi all, I have decided to put my 3200 up for sale as am looking for a convertible and a car I won't worry too much about my Mrs driving. It's also been, err, suggested, that having another toy in the garage is unnessesary. Not my words but hey.

The car is a 2001 manual, 71k on the clock, have had her for just over 3 years now and have loved every minute of it. Key points being clutch done 2k ago, 6k service done at the same time. Lots more so just ask.

All works done by Mike at Maserati Shed who has looked after the car since I've had her so can give an impartial view on the car.

Pistonheads ad: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/maserati/3200/maserati-3200-gt-v8-2001/6764755

You can get me on warren.clayton@hotmail.com for any questions.

Would love her to go to another enthusiast. I am based in south west London. Cheers

A great looking car, good luck with the sale and I hope you won't miss it too much when it's gone :)

What a pretty car.

The first Maserati I saw on the roads was just like this one...back in 2001 in Cheam Village, Surrey.

I I was not moving home I would be so tempted to buy this and tuck it away for the next 10 years.

Cheers all, yes I am going to miss her sorely I suspect! Although that said the time wasters are doing a great job of convincing me to keep her!

That's a lovely car in a lovely colour mate, It's worth 20k all day long.. why not just park it up in storage for a couple of years until you get your head sorted..

What were you going to do, swap it for a new Ford Fiesta ST... And you really need to have a strong word with your current seat cover!

Well you are doing better than me, I've not had an enquiry other than the usual email via Pistonheads. No offers. Weird.

Well now had the throttle bodies done and the pesky handbrake by Mike done at Maserati Shed.
Let's see if anyone else has interest.

Any one here daft enough to to have sold or are selling their 3200? How did you get on as enquiries have seriously dried up. Odd!
Contigo, how you getting on?

Went to see the old 3200GT that's been in storage since the engine rebuild of last winter at the weekend....had a bit of a faff about and polishing stuff..

There also a stunning brand new Porsche GT3 in there too.. guess what, the owner offered me 30k for my old 3200 Maser. Guess what, I turned his offer down!

It really is a small market, you just need to wait until the correct buyer appears, it can be a bit like planets aligning!

Wow, that is a good offer!

But what's it doing in storage in June, Dave? No wonder it's got such low mileage - it needs to see the sun and show off it's svelte lines to the public!
