Running costs

Hi all
The 19th was the 1st year anniversary for my QP V ownership and I did promise a running cost article
Well here it is.
I should explain I also have a Renault workhorse for every day use and the QP is for fun and luxury
I compared the running costs of both vehicles estimating petrol costs (factoring in the recent fall in prices)
I am also limited to 8000 miles in the QP per annum.
OK
The QP cost me over the year £4781.29 to run (no test but road tax and insurance included)
The Renault came in at £2741.49 (£200 MOT and £265 tax and insurance included)
When I get round to it I will work out MPG for the year based on mileage difference over the year and my estimate of fuel costs.

Not really bothered about any of this since I love the car and will willingly do the same again this year.

£2k per year difference between running a French sh1tbox and a Maserati. It's a no brainer. I bet the Renault depreciates faster as well!!
