I'm running a QPV and while I service it annually and generally try my best to keep on top I wouldn't like to rely on it to take me to work. They are nice cars but approaching 20yrs so imo to make it workable commuter would take a lot of preventative work and would still run the risk of not arriving every time.
In my opinion they make great second / fun / weekend cars.
As said insurance is much cheaper than the rs4. I know a friends rs4 that was broken into to take the seats and subsequently the premium became eye watering. No one will try to steal maserati seats.

Good to hear from you again Marcos, how family life treating you?

As you know, its not the servicing that costs, its the preventive maintenance that ends up costing you. Mine just had a service after 12m and c500 miles... that was less than £500 notes, however the other items came to £1200.

But we do it out of love.
