There are a number of clips as well Nikos.......did you WD40 them.....it is very very tight, some make break upon manipulation...and do maskup completely

Do enjoy doing this improvement of your Maser !

Thank you Frank! WD40 was nearby, but i did not need it.There was no rust on the screws.I removed them easily.
She'll stay in the garage for a couple of months and i'm going repaint the grille, refurbish the wheels, polish the exterior and take care of the interior. Will create a thread with pics someday!

Tape will be tomorrow!

Hi Ben, saw that you purchased a new trident badge for your 3200gt, did you buy it from a main dealer, or where did you buy it and if not being too cheeky how much?? Looking for one for my 3200 gt also....how did the fitting go by the way??
Many thanks
Evening all,

Recently bought a new trident badge to fit on my 3200Gt (mounted to the grille surround); anyone any experience in doing this? Does the whole bumper need to be removed to get in to the under side screw to fix in the badge, or can it be accessed without?

If the bumper has got to come off, any one any experience in doing this? There seems to be 4 screws at the top (underneath the grille) which I presumed once removed would allow you to pull forward the grille surround thus giving access to the under badge screw point, but so far now joy.

Any comments appreciated! Cheers -

Ben

Hi Mark- apologies for the insanely slow response; I openly admit to being more of a reader than a contributor, but am certainly happy to help where possible!! I bought my new trident from eurospares- off the top of my head, including delivery it was circa £100ish and worth every penny! Pretty sure theres a 'how too' thread somewhere on the forums, but it wasn't too tricky a job as long as you mask up well and take the opportunity to respray the grille with a silver spray- definitely tidies things up and a well recommended procedure in my opinion!! If you need anymore info give me a shout on the PM- will try find the link to eurospares website and help as best I can :)
