I wonder where Maserati or Ferrari would rank? problem is such a small sample for this survey and our cars are such low volumes…. but not surprised by some of the top offenders /best rated…

These are so subjective.

If you bought a £250k Rolls Royce and it had a squeak you would probably be fuming and send it back... but in a Skoda etc you would put up with it as being the norm for such a basic car.

Very true and fully agreed, I developed severe OCDwhen I bought my various expensive sports cars… but just go with the flow on the daily drivers

The funny thing is, with some of the more basic brands such as my personal favourite Skoda, you can have your cake and eat it. You can get high quality with low price. To be honest, poor quality and unreliability cannot really be excused or justified. Skoda also has provided the most consistent high quality customer experience in my car buying life to date. Interesting to read that Citroen is also pretty highly placed - who would have thought?!!
If Maserati are ever likely to increase its sales then it can learn a few lessons from Skoda.

Very true in the Range Rover camp. Little niggles there one day gone the next.
