So I wasn't far out with U2, I'll guess (London)Derry...Is it this side of the Irish sea?
By that I mean Northern Ireland?

Britain, not UK...
Easy, The Phil Silvers Show... Aka Bilko.OK, the answer was West Bridgeford, Notts, where Trent Bridge and the City Ground (Notts Forest) are based. None of the wayfares are 'Streets'.
Replace with a quick easy one, what connects Camp Freemont with Fort Baxter, clue for any fans - MH, MH, MH!!!
I know it but i’ll leave it for others...Simple question, who is Albert Pierrepoint?
Which town in Britain has no streets?
Britain, not UK...
A pedant writes:I did wonder that, Whitehead in NI that has no roads with the suffix street but its not that based on above
The only reason is I knew for a fact West Bridgeford was so, didn’t google or anything!A pedant writes:
This is still somewhat ambiguous, I think; it seems to me that 'Britain' could be referring to either 'Great Britain' (the island comprising England, Wales & Scotland), or 'The British Isles', (which would include Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland).

But the QM is always right. (But I'm not sure why he sought to exclude Whitehead, anyway, as it still makes a good answer to the question 'Which town in the UK has no streets?', and West Bridgeford seems to now just be a suburb of Nottingham.)
I'm guessing it must be something like an actor playing both Bilko and Pierrepoint in different films or something like that.....So just to reiterate the current question. What or more to the point WHO connects Phil Silvers to Albert Pierrepoint?
Um, Lucille Ball was a guest on the Phil Silvers Show, and was later hanged by Albert Pierrepoint for crimes against comedy?Nothing to do with who played Pierrepoint but who were both their guests...
