Quay For My Car: "Italian Stallions" Poole (Dorset) Friday, 25th July 2014

After the successful inaugural event last year there will be another Italian car gathering on Poole Quay from 6-9pm on Friday 25th July. The format is a simple one: Turn up at 6pm or shortly after (but not before), park along the quay (free of charge) and simply enjoy the evening as you wish. With lots of Italian machinery, a great location and plenty of places to eat and drink that should be easy!

Will try and make this one this time! Got to work next morn, and i got two cars to tax, and repair!! :eek:

'fraid it wasn't my camera work, Mista Smiff! It was particularly good because the evening light really flatters our Italian beauties....... Here's hoping we have some great weather.

Well it don't matter who's camera work it was, they were still nice to see, just a bit too far from N. Devon for me to want to attend, but it looks like a great do!

Sounds a great idea now if I can get the timing right, collect car from Emblem on the 25th it might work - saying that recent plans have not all gone to plan :(

It will be ready earlier just I'm stuck in Dublin.

So Friday will be as follows:-

1. Up to the circuit for a morning photographing the race cars at Classic
2. 1:30 train from Banbury to Bournemouth
3. Collect Spyder
4. 6:00pm Poole Quay
5: 9:00pm blast back home up, a hopefully empty, A34

I plan to be there. It was very good last year, and even the guys from Emblem came along.
