Surely that's the seller's problem? No way does anyone buy a car at auction and THEN get told "Oh, you also owe the finance company, er, $11,000"

It may not be finance though. Not sure why they would mention it though if it wasn’t something the buyer had to look into. But I am with you. Not the buyers issue surely.

From my experience the underside will be like new and the Japanese Service History is usually very thorough as you'd have to be very wealthy to have a car like this in Japan.
£10 on WD-40 and the sticky buttons are sorted.

Yup, mine here in hk is clean as a whistle at 14 yrs old

Roof lining? Front bumper has numerous marks. rear bumper numerous marks. sticky buttons.

Both my Japanese imports have received clean bills of health as far as the underside is concerned from two different specialists.
