This 2007 ZF QPV looks tidy, would the lack of Maserati script badge on the boot lid betray a possible rear end repair and repaint job...? It's only a small detail but it jumped out at me for some reason...

Would suit me as a second / weekend car.

Maybe. Or maybe someone just broke it when cleaning.

Overpriced by about £4-6k?

Blimey, if you think that one is worth 9-11k, a 1 owner 40k mile ZF auto in a nice colour scheme, what’s an earlier duoselect worth with 6 owners and 80k miles in a less desirable colour scheme?

Looks a nice car for 15k to me (with a boot badge!)

Looks lovely on the top, hopefully underneath too. The dealer also selling a couple of 3200s and a GTS but not heard of them previously.

My QP S was prev 1 owner, 37k miles and sold for 18k in 2021.

Prices have increased since then and yes if I wanted to wait I might have got 20k then and a little more now.

I think the advertised one is only a little overpriced, but they are playing the 1 owner, low miles card and if someone wants that they will pay.

Yes, that.
I guess I'm not valuing the low mileage. Maybe someone else will.

I thought this was a good price until I saw the mileage...

Pricing aside, it's reassuring to see these cars being used and still going strong with mileage north of 5 figures. At 120k-ish miles this one is the highest mileage GT S in the UK I'm aware of, and mine I believe is the second highest at circa 83k.

Sadly as with all things, the higher the miles, the more wear induced on components... suspension bushes etc and, if not done already, will push the overall cost of ownership up to the point where the dearer, lower-mileage examples represent better value.

Ooooh, makes the one I’m prepping and about to list even more of a bargain, don’t think it’ll hang around. Mine is a tad more but just over half of the mileage of this car and mine’s fresh out of Sports Italia and Autoshield.

A ‘tad’ doesn’t sound like much. I’d say a ‘chunk’ more would be achievable.

10%, is that a tad, or a chunk?
I’d say a tad. To be honest though, he may well not get 23.5k for that one so it would end up being a chunk more.
Plus, if yours is only about 26 (10% more) it will probably be sold before the ad goes up or very soon after! Because that’s a tad less than the 2 on autotrader!

What a fantastic buy. Makes the other two for sale with the same miles look expensive. Plus as it is Dicky you know you are in safe hands.

Thanks for the mention Andy. It’s a cracking car. Owned by @Guy for 18 months, maintained by Matt at Sports Italia, serviced and inspected at Autoshield last week. Outstanding value for someone, as it’s had brakes, has nearly new Michelins on it, and won’t require a service for 2 years. I’ve had 2 interested parties already but neither are quite in the situation to buy it so it’s been listed this morning.
