Me too but I put it down to having the aerial built into the heated rear window element rather than spoiling the svelte lines with an ugly external antennae? I can't say I have investigated it any further however

Works fine in mine, my old M3 had the aerial in the rear window also and it was fine

mine has reasonable reception but the search/seek skips pretty much any station that's not absolutely perfect...

I get good FM reception on mine. I have installed a DAB module in mine so I can listen to Radio 6 though.

Which one did you get?

C

I have an Autoleads ASI-100 installed.

It's one of these
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Autoleads-ADI-100-Receiver-DAB-AA1-Antenna/dp/B00TXIBJMS

A well respected ICE installer just outside of Southampton fitted it for me. They installed one on a Stradale a couple of weeks before mine and it works a treat. No head unit stuck onto the dash, just the small remote control which I just leave on the small tray above the gear lever. The DAB receiver is accessed via the 6th preset on the stereo so you can switch back to FM easily.

That does sound good, is there anything visible at all apart from the remote of course? And how does it work in terms of the antennae? It does sound like an excellent upgrade

Cheers

Nothing at all on the dash, it's all hidden internally. The aerial is a small black strip that runs down the passenger side of the windscreen. It's hardly visible at all. I will get a picture later on and post it here.

Here is the antenna

It's barely noticeable.

(I've no idea why the image upload flips it 90 degrees though)

I listen to Talksport 95% of the time (when not listening to the jukebox) and that's fine. Others on the rare occasion I've tried them seemed OK.
