I've received a spurious pm from 'symbiosis' which, depending on the source you consult, may be either spam or a virus. I know not which, but suggest that if you get one you should ignore/delete it The moderators have been alerted.

I had that too. I'm assuming its a techie who gets off on writing a script that bascially registers and sends PM's with a view to weighing down web sites. Whatever floats your boat!

Yeah I got that one too, best advice is to delete it immediately.... and definately DO NOT OPEN IT, or you'll be in a world of spam

Yes, another spammer, banned and we have upped the security on the registration, so we should get less spam not.
