Paris question (Retromobile)

My compardre and I are thinking of driving to Retromobile. We're not taking anything exciting - my dad's old Kia – and it works out cheaper to drive via the Eurotunnel rather than Eurostar/fly.
The question is, is there the equivalent of Cockfosters for Paris – ie, a place where we can dump the car for a couple of days and jump on the Metro to central Paris?
There are all sorts of emissions regs for Paris and the Kia is a rattly old diesel.

For what its worth, when I had to go into Paris I left the car in Reimes and took the train which goes from Reimes to Paris every hour

My Paris friends always warned me against using the car parks outside Paris. There are however some secure ones in Paris itself which are very good. Thinking of going to Retromobile but will train it.

I was (for some reason) surprised to find that Parkopedia works for France. So, for example, there seems to be some free parking in Cergy, fairly near the RER.

But it may be wildly inaccurate about the 24-hour freeness....

When we drive to Paris we always park in a underground secure parking garage as you really don't need the car once there.
One of the Best things to do is have a drive around the City in the early hours of the morning.

If anyone wants to lend me a Merc 450 SEL 6.9 and, most importantly, a fuel card, I'd be happy to recreate it.

Borrowed one for two weeks once. In 180 miles I spent £180. That did include seeing what peak revs were like on the motorway (ahem). Dramatic, especially as part of the rusty bodywork started crumbling off and hitting the windscreen, and fuel starvation started to kick in...

It's not necessarily parking that's the issue, it's the emissions regs and fines/zoning, etc, that concerns me.

I drove in and out of there last year in my 96 XJ6 4.0 with my Euro3 critair sticker in the window no problems.
For some reason they won't issue one for my 05 Boxster S ex UK car.

Last month I drove there mid-week with my 1987 Citroën C15 diesel. No problem apart from a strange look from a policeman but he was on a bike and in a group of 3: no time to stop, but I shouldn't have shown a remark because he cut into my lane. In any case, I have registered the C15 as a collector ;) which is eventually allowed to drive on the weekend.
@Nayf You shouldn't have a problem if someone stops you (there are no speed cameras in the green zone yet) by saying you're going to your reserved parking spot near your hotel.
Try Parclik.fr (plenty)

I’ve got a Critair sticker for my Mercedes.
