Noise level of QP - Goodwood trackday 98db

Evening all,

I am going to the Lancia Motor Club Goodwood track day, but I am not sure my Lancia will be ready. My QP could be a back-up option. I have a standard 4.2QP with a ZF auto box and standard exhaust.

Does anyone know whether I'm likely to be under the noise limit?

I'd say most certainly yes. Most standard Masers are well under the 98dB and 105dB limits (depends on session at Goodwood).

Thanks, that is good to know. It is a 98db day (you are correct that there are 105 db days too).
If anyone else has direct experience that would also be good to know.

Yes standard car will be well under their limit. My 4200 in 2008 was just 94.

I took my Gran Turismo 4.2 last year and it was under the limit.
