Newly purchased 2010 GranTurismo convertible from Florida, now in Colorado

We just purchased our first Maserati. Three day road trip from Florida to Colorado so we got to know the car right away. We have a few issues we are dealing with but are working through them. Love the car but looking for some suggestions on an audio upgrade if possible. We would like to upgrade to an audio system with ApplePlay. I have seen some units out of China that are touch screen that also incorporate the climate control. Has anyone installed one of these? Any suggestions on how to best upgrade?
