My bugbear.

Why does this always happen.

I don't trust the average shed driver to be able to enter/exit his or her vehicle without using mine as a door stop.

Therefore, I find a space away from everyone else.

Scenario again last night.

Enter car park - suitable for 100+ Cars and there are 3 in it.

I park nowhere near them - or near the pedestrian exit.

Come back and there are now 5 cars in the carpark - 2 of the original 3 have gone. Out of the 3 new arrivals 2 of them have parked either side of mine, so close that I need to be Mr fantastic to get in. They have also both parked with their driver door next to my car. Making their exit nigh on impossible.

WHATS THE BLOODY POINT !!!!!!

We're social animals - safely in numbers & we gravitate towards each other I guess but I agree, extremely annoying

Ny mums logic on thus is park next to the flash car as he is unlikely to damge yours with his and any vandalism will sadly gravitate to the nice car...but still anoying.

I stop under instruction from a 12 year old in a hi viz vest, the car next to me stops that close I can't open the door without doing a limbo to get out so I back it up and move into the 6ft I've left to my N/S

Some people are just morons

Some years ago a friend went to play golf with his brother in law at 6am

The car park had 4 cars in it, he decided to reverse into the space between 2 of them

If my mate hadn't shouted STOP he'd have hit one of them

I'm always the guy on the end of the row parked as far away from the car beside me as I can

When I buy a Maserati I'll probably be picking a space and waiting for somebody to come back to it before I'll leave it

it sounds to me we all need a sticky thread titled 'Rant'! it's good for the soul


btw this parking issue is a major big bear for me as well, don't even get me started...
