been recommended to join this forum so hoping for a good experience , i live in north lincolnshire not far from Scunthorpe
and i bought a 2015 Ghibli diesel last April as a non runner , its been a real labour of love and ive still not got it fully up and running , looking for help and advice to help me complete it so i can fully enjoy the Maserati ownership experience

will try and some this up for you all , in a nut shell , it appears to of had a hard life , though only got 60k on the clock , i think the previous lady owner was driving it around on only 4 pots and then when the crank reluctor ring broke ( this went undiagnosed till i bought it ) she parked it up for a year , in that year a family member had done all sorts of wierd and wonderful things to it to try and get it running again without success , i managed to correct most of the issues but the outstanding one has been the ECU , this had some sort of internal failure so ive been waiting for a parts number matching one to be built , this is now never going to happen and ive purchased the latest part number version , its now booked in to have the ECU coded to the car next week and if successful i can finally get the car finished and start enjoying it , ive owned the car for 13 months , 7 of whcih waiting for the ECU issue to be resolved
