new cabrio sticker errors

Hi from the states. Got delivery of my new Grancabrio and love the car. What I don’t love is Maserati playing tricks over here regarding the equipment on the
cars. When I got my window sticker there were charges listed for colored seat backs and dash totaling $2,200. This being my 4th new Granturismo I knew
that this was incorrect as mine are basic black. I called my dealer who said that Maserati made an error running off the window stickers and all the 19’s sufferer
from this malady. I was dumb stuck. The cars have been here for a year and no attempt had been made to make a corrective rerun. Consumers are forced
to start from a negating price that is not based in reality. Leases drawn up for these cars are incorrect regarding monthly payments and buyout amounts.
My dealer is not making any progress with the company to correct this issue. I called Maserati customer service over here and they claim they never heard
of the problem. They also said it was a dealer issue since they generate the sticker. By US law this is a clear falsehood. Every new car sold here has to
have a window sticker placed on the car at the point of manufacture. Any occuranve like this in our mother country?

Car was misrepresented to you - simples!

Legal remedy (in UK) is recision - you return car, they return money. Or you agree a compromise.
