Need help replacing Kayser valve on 3200GT

The 3200 is manic when the tubo's kick in, so you definitely have have an issue somewhere. You said you checked the waste gate which dumps pressure..??

yep wastgates are free and working

I used to have the same power, severe under power on my 3200gt. Finally found out to be a loose pipe connecting the left turbo and intercooler. You may want to remove the bumper and check all connections.
How many miles has your car done?

Done smoke test on all pipes so no leaks and its done 49061miles

I suppose the next check then is on the boost pressure from the turbo's, if they have blown you will never get the right performance..??

Turbos are fine free and boost but put a boost gauge on today and it makes 10psi then backs off to 8 ish at 3000rpm that seems vert low to me ??

Omg I found it was a plug that feeds the wastgate valve next to the T/B I bet there are lots of under boosting 3200gt's out there 2times the power now
