National Alfa Day Newby Hall and CITROENS !!!

Attended the national Alfa day today hoping to find a new home for my GTA which had a good turnout of all things Italian although despite the good weather it was not warm enough for any Ferrari cars to make the trip. Location wonderful - although the Yorks roads were covered in speed traps and having taken my Maserati for a bit of fresh air am sitting here with my fingers crossed tonight!

As there has been lots of Alfa 33 coverage on this site recently it was good to report there was a large 33 turnout and one Maserati bi turbo spyder although probably the highlight of the day was a wonderful 8C in black and a good selection of Lancia Integrales.

Just as interesting was the Citroen Traction 15 six Langenthal Cabriolet show at the 15th International Citroen Car Clubs Rally in Harrogate where lots of classic French cars have been trundling along the N Yorks roads over the last 5 or so days.

I really do not know - had to take a second look - they looked like that old Rover 25 where they tried to make it looked urban - not a good look tbh!
