My New Ride

I've not been on this site for ages... just thought Id share my mid life crisis purchase with you. So in March I ordered a lil 124 Abarth. Its full of character, my first Abarth and its lots of fun. I still have my 939 Alfa spider which is worlds apart from the 124. Im in love with the Abarth's retro looks and the fact that there are not many on the road. Well thanks for taking time to look and if your thinking of a fun little toy then one of these could git the bill nicely. 2,400 miles in and I'm a happy owner for sure.

Congatulations ALFATan,

I bought one on Sunday, not an Abarth, but Lusso Plus.

Quite surprise how not only compliant the suspension is, no harsh bumps, but good feedback and confident road-holding. Feels like riding a bullet.

Not bothered about out and out performance, just wanted a little runabout and pootle over the Cotswold hills.

Thanks all.. many people I meet ask what car is it? I like that thetes not many about and that they look cool... even bikers give me the tumbs up. Seems people that know what they are like and rate the 124.
