Great pictures as always Adam. The 8C Spider looks the dogs, but that interior...... woeful..... soooo plastic. A Fiesta has better surface finish than that. Such a shame.

i agree, there are too many plastics in the 8C, the seats make it up for it though.

i thought super touring adds 20 BHP, Exige S standard has 220 hp, the touring pack adds creature comforts and the super touring adds creature comforts and 20 hp to give it 240 bhp.

It the 'Performance Pack' that adds the 20bhp, you can spot a car with it as the roof scoop is extended to the top of the windscreen rather than starting further back on the roof.

I'm thinking at some point trading my Subaru for one so I have been studying the specs in detail recently.

That was it, i knew it was something to do with the roof scoop. An Exige S, i think you should get one, they are supposed to be an absolute weapon on road and track, i would like one, i think 20-25K will get you a nice one with the performance pack.

ah right, there is so many packs with Lotus you dont know which ones are which.

Yes very confusing...So confusing that even I gave you the wrong info...........Cars with 240bhp have the performance pack not the sports pack....All sprint cars have this pack. Sports pack is something different again.

Should have read above first as its already been answered for you Adam....GCR...There is nothing like an Exige....Do it as you will not regret it...I've had two and loved each one of them.

How do the Lotus staff remember all these pack options, they must have revision sessions after work.
