Its proven fact that fixed and mobile cameras/vans are not cost/reducing accident effective , thats why more and more uk boroughs are turning them off , just proves Frank that the NI mentality hasn't got its head round abouit seriously managing its economy and budgets , after all thats happened they still think there's a never ending purse, Speeding in NI is no worse than the UK , its not the way to reduce speeding

Road deaths fell from 115 in the region in 2009 to 55 last year Loz.......................we still have jury awarded payouts to road accidents which are a lot more generous than in rest of UK, very few fixed cameras about, none in my county, but roads so cr@p.........you can never get above 130.............those vans pop up everywhere.................................
