Bloody **** isthat right...22k on the clock and they asking 13k..Shouldn't it be more money....Something seems odd...If its a straight car it could be a great buy.

The car is now sold, well, no money has changed hands, but technically it is. I asked the guy if it was in good condition, and he umed and erred and said its in useable condition, so I think the pics make it look better than it actually is.

If the pictures were to be believed then it was a lot of car for the money. Has it really sold or has the seller realised he's letting it go cheap?

Yep the later cars are the ones to have especially the last as they no longer had any LHM stuff. But I think this one is a little early and may even have the original oval dash if early enough. They moved onto the Bora dash (which I think all SS cars had) and then finally dropped the LHM. So I presume the headlights went over to electrical operation at that stage? Would be nice to have a breakdown for potential buyers.

Been a few of these highlighted on Ebay (such as that silver car) where the engine is knackered due to the valves breaking. Classic issue with sodium filled stems corroding. Was an article on it in the Maserati club mag, not a pretty site.
