Merak featured on Top Gear

Does anyone know anything about the Merak that Jeremy drove to its destruction on TG a few years ago?

Or better still who sold it to him...( pm me if needs be)

Just watched that re-run ........so very funny/watchable/tragic!!!

Frank as far as I was lead to believe, it ended up at Eurospares and they parted the car out, Ill try and dig out the ad, I think its still online somewhere.

Shame that Matt.....was speaking to someone who knows another Merak owner and his expenditure during his ten years on ownership has been many 10s of thousands, not sure if this is representative but it just shows you how hard it is financially to keep them on the road.
