The more dedicated members of MMG journeyed to the Victorian countryside yesterday in the usual sunny weather with
light winds and excellent roads.
Starting in the cafe precinct of North Melbourne after several fine examples of the coffee makers art including a vist from Alvin with his mate's 360 Ferrari, four Gransports took to the hills. We soon caught up with Mike and his 3200GT and also his mate Alan's 360 Ferrari convertible.
After suitable red-lining through the very English woods/bush, we arrived at the Sault restuarant, Daylesford, the site of many Porsche Club Victoria weekend sojourns. We all parked next to a black Diablo, remarking on its presence, and went inside for sensational local wines and fare. What a great way to spend a pleasant Spring Victorian Sunday.
Imagine our surprise when returning to our steeds, the carpark was full of the lesser Italian marque - Lamborghinis. We did happen to take a few pics - you can see them here -

Just another day in paradise. We are indeed lucky people.
BTW, what's the weather and economy like in the mother country these days??
Cheers
