Hi everyone. First of all thanks to Andrea for taking the time and trouble of organising this meet with Graypaul techs. Although my CEL issue was not fixed, Ifelt comfortable talking to them and being allowed in the service area without being given a lecture on health and safety and insurance (common sense prevailed in this instance).

Arriving at 10.30ish I wondered if I got the date/venue wrong as I couldnt see a soul or any sportsmaserati cars. I was still recovering from my hectic week and the drive to Graypaul having only had a few hours sleep the night before.(My Ferrari satnav took me all around the back streets of Nottingham - I used it as I couldnt remeber how to use the Maserati NIT satnav). By the time I finished talking to the techs and the service manager, most people had left (was it my aftershave?).

I spoke to Frank (parisien) and friend for a long time getting aquainted (life in general), had a cup of coffee/danish or 2 and came home. I was hoping that we all could have had a sit down meal and get better aquainted with everyone and made it a day/or half a day at least.(maybe next time!).
I even brought a present for Andrea but she was too fast for me and left without saying goodbye (boo hoo)- (remember Andrea I like fast cars and slow women). I'll bring the present next time .

In all the haste I forgot to ask a few questions about the location of relay/F1 pump.

Ciao for now and see you next time!

Well guys....another delightful day in automotive paradise....:)

Firstly we couldn't find the GP location relying on the map off the website, then it was a good old phone call to the receptionist!

Drove past......didn't see anyone through the windows.....its a huge delaership.

Then ventured inside to see present, Andrea, Andrew and Paddy, Paul, John and finally Adam with papa.

I had chats with them all, pressed the flesh and looked around a very splendid showroom and meet some techs too who were very knowledgable and friendly.

I throughly enjoyed meeting you all and seeing a bunch of like minded people enthusing over their hobby and cars.

Finally a big thanks to Andrea who organised and facilitated the event....roll on the next one!

biggest Ferrari/Maserati showroom in Europe Frank.

Gee.....not heard much feedback on them as a dealership, anyone further experience of them?

But it did seem a nice set up and guys very professional and up to speed on all aspects of their cars.

That is the place i want to work at. They look after the most Enzo's in the U.K, 14 in total, 24 originally came to the U.K

I have this little leaflet/pamphlet on the Ferrari road cars made from 1960-2004 and it tells you how many were made, list price and how many came to the U.K.

Also Graypaul own 4 dealerships now, including the Ferraru U.K showroom, Maranello sales in Surrey.

Though Frank you must have been disappointed not to get the roses..... Do you feel a little spurned after the build up?
