MC20 Base Audio Upgrade?

Wondering has anyone upgraded a base audio system in an MC20 yet?

I bought the upgraded Sonus Faber system, but it's dreadful - or has a perpetual fault - as posted elsewhere on here (sorry, 18mths after the event, but...)

My Sonus Faber system sounds fantastic.
But .... you can't play crappy music through it and expect quality.
I have mp3 files on my phone that I play direct, and holy smokes it is SOOOO crisp.
Radio, on other hand ... is okay.

The experience is definitely a function of the quality of the input music.
Also, some adjustment of the settings, equalizer, output settings ... helps a lot.
