I set a budget of 6k for our wedding..Found out 6 months later it cost 10k...Still to this day I do not know were the extrra money came from.....Deep pockets Adam, deep pockets....Make sure you get all the cars you desire before this happens...Once its on the drive you have it..Trying to get it later could be a struggle.

For me, the all time classic for massers is nero exterior (or nero carbonio) with a cuoio sella interior. Alternatively grigio alfieri with couio sella interior.

There's no way on earth I'd pay that sort of money for a wedding, I don't really have a large family so wouldn't have to cater for the associated hangers on that you never see (second cousins, etc.)

All you need is the two of you and some witnesses and your done.

My wench keeps dropping hints about it, I suppose I could get her to stop dropping hints by asking and that might give me another 5 years grace :D

To be honest and on reflection , most couples i know that spent a fortune on their weddings split up within 3 years , my best mate spent over £30k on his back in 1992 that was really big bucks then , she ran home from Madeira (which was their honeymoon ) and finally left him 6 weeks later, cost him over £70k for 8 weeks of Marriage , but they were together 2 years in total , the longest marriages tend to be the ones that are done on a shoestring so heed this Adam for when the time comes , you can buy your Mum a new hat anytime

regards loz

G.D not only do I agree with you, thats how we did it. me & her, her brother & his wife.
didn't even tell the kids.
to make it even better I borrowed 20 quid off her brother for the taxi home

A proper scotish wedding

Crazy stuff...the pressure put on the male ...is frankly appalling.......this sort of "peacock" display imported from the good ol' US of A................

My Sweet 16 ......

Coming of age programmes...etc............................it never surprises me how stupid people are........................

Utterly crazy............no reason whatsoever to bust the bank at the very start of a marriage...end of.
