I now have the following parts for sale which are all in great condition and have only been used for a few thousand miles. Grab yourself a bargain. I'm offering them on here firstly before I list them on eBay or PH next week. PM me or call me on 07734 394699 if you wish to discuss any of the items or require any further information. I will try to help with any questions although I'm not too technically minded. If you wish to have them fitted and are able to travel to Autoshield in Manchester it would be convenient and save postage/courier costs and fitting would be done at a reasonable price through Marios.

DBW module for sharpened throttle response etc £500

Straight through Pro-Speed exhaust system sports cats with Larini Backboxes. In excellent condition for those who like it pretty loud, it's a great sound - may split if required; £2000 or can do a px deal as I'll need to put an exhaust on my 4200 to sell it

Gransport Wheels - unmarked as new £1500

Formula Dynamics springs - price negotiable - px would be great. They're circa £1k new

Gransport sideskirts in Nettuno Blue, newly painted - £1100

The car will be advertised sometime this weekend

I know you have been looking for some...Taht was bad timing...Is it not worth kepping them as spare especially if you take the car on track....Saying that its another 1500 toward the MC......

Dicky, I have just scanned the MC Vickery brochure for Adam and sent it to him...Was going to put it on here but its too big...If you want me to send ya copy just send me a PM with your email address...

Andy.

Dicky, what's the configuration on the DBW module? Is it aggressive/valet, aggressive/bypass, v aggressive/aggressive? It's probably worth making it explicit. I'm not sure what all the combo's are, but I'd say it's a factor in the pricing. The standard 'aggressive' setting wasn't enough for me.

I'm not entirely sure about the set-up of the dbw. It's definitely pretty agressive. Lewis (Marcos) should know so I'll chase him about it.

I've put the sideskirts up as for sale again as the person I promised first refusal has pulled out of the sale

I reckon it won't be required for an MCV, do you think it would make a difference. What's the throttle response like on yours?

I now have the dbw, the sideskirts and wheels left. The springs and exhaust are gone with the car which sold today.

Whilst throttle response is good, it could be better -not just for that reason (but 4 clutch preservation/quicker shifts), I'm ordering one. Engine performance wise, MCV no different to a GS and if u read the various forums, many GS owners opt for the DBW.

my 2c worth, find out from Jeff if its suitable, hold on to it until u have driven the new car for a little then make a decision

I will keep hold of it for now then and have a word with Jeff, thanks for the heads up.

DBW will work fine on any GranSport or GS MCV. Sometime the harness needs to be changed depending on year of car, although I think this might just be for the ECM. Think that's correct anyway - Jeff can verify.
