Just Googled the phone number and got this site:
http://www.pcblimo.com.au/
Has anyone in Melbourne / Australia used them for their import or compliance?
From the MMG members I do not think any cars on our list have come through them.

They are Parkline Motors Pty Ltd and are run by Paul Caminiti. They are certified to comply Maserati Coupes and Spyders, but not 3200's. They can also do Ferrari 360's. Seems to be a common theme with RAWS in Victoria. This info is from the RAWS list and their website.

I haven't used them, but they seem to have been around for a long time.

Stephen Something to be wary of. A number of companies advertise they will import and comply your car but dont actually hold the RAWS license and have to outsource the compliance to those that do. Double handling usually means double fees. You can go onto the Government web site and do a RAWS search and you will find a list of cars that can be importe under the RAWS scheme. If you click on the car of interest it brings up a list of those people that actually hold a license to do the compliance. The list of advertisers is definitely longer than the list on the Govt web site. Of course I dont know how often the list is updated.

Posted that one up a while back.......Must be some money on it or they wouldn't be doing it...But I bet it's cheaper to do it yourself....

Of course but not legal - never get the car passed. Its a rort - must have the Gov. approved license (to print money)

Geoff,
Not sure how you thought I acquired my car if you thought I did not know all of that, particularly with 2 ex-UK cars in my garage, but certainly a handy hint for any other Aussies looking at this site that are tempted to do the same thing.
A fellow I work with was extremely excited at the prospect of doing a similar thing after hearing about the Maserati.
He spent a few hours that night on Pistonheads and created a shortlist of cars he was interested in.
He calls me "Dreamkiller" now as I told him he could not bring in a recent model Porsche!
LOL.
