This is a car that should’ve been out since its debut back in 2014. There was no reason why Maserati as a “performance brand” had its top level Ghibli at 420HP where it was no match for the M5 or E63.

And the price. I still can’t get past a Ghibli for over 100k. Yes competition is around that money but it doesn’t look like a 100k car. I bet it will drop like a stone money wise if you buy new. It should be about 80k and they would have a winner. To win in this sector they have to price it lower than the competition as they need sales. I think they have missed a trick. With the M4 and M3 ugly as a bag of boll0cks they could have pitched this at these customers instead of the M5 etc customers.
