It was one of Lotus many limited editions to shift a few more Elise...A Type 25.....You got the car, a factory visit, a very nice history of lotus cars book signed by Jonny Herbert, a trip around classic team Lotus where I met Clive Chapman and sat in many classic Lotus F1 cars, a signed limited edition print of Lotus F1 cars through the ages and 1.43 scale model of the original Type 25 racer..

Good to hear that not all Green cars are bad news!!

Just for the record, I haven't ever owned a green car, and I won't be bucking that trend with my next purchase!

However, that Lotus does look good.........

Still haven't found a green Maserati on yahoo/google (yes I'm bored).

There is a 3200 on PH as well..But its the dark green which again looks almost black...There are a few Maserati greens...Verde.......Verdi Mexico...........and I think Verdi Brooklands, but not sure about that last one but sure I've seen it somewhere....

Mine was Verdi Mistral, sort of silver green looked almost grey in some lights

Is that 4 greens then...Verdi mistral is the best green..Very nice colour.

Yes...not a fan of green on a Maserati..Although Steve's 3200 did look lovely in green...NOt a colour I would choose mind.

Shame it went to the great Maserati God in the sky - however like his son it will rise from the ashes, or was it an egg? it went to a new home and somebody is hoping to get it back running again
