Don't know...I think so...I think there is something in the owner's manual for changing the battery so it should be the same for the rubber button...my current button is flushed to the side of the key casing. I'm assuming that it's meant to stick out a bit hence I ordered one.I have bought one too. Just need to work out how to fit it.
Do you split the two sides of the key apart?
Mine is also heading south inside the keys casing. If i dont replace it now i will have nothing to press ;-)Don't know...I think so...I think there is something in the owner's manual for changing the battery so it should be the same for the rubber button...my current button is flushed to the side of the key casing. Pretty simple procedure then
Did you find a loose bit of plastic in the fob? I left it out thinking it wasn't important but the car wouldn't start without it!!!All done and fitted.
Took about 30 seconds, easiest fix on a car ever...
May have to get a spare one as i am sure it will go again at some point...
