I filled in the change of owner section in the handbook and sent it back when I first bought it for any up-dates, offers or recalls...suspect its ok

Probably safe, if it was a scam they'd aim it at a wider audience, "Ford - check personal details", that said you can never be too careful.

If it took you to their website P, just check for dodgy looking cookies, or just clear your cookie list. Nowt wrong with most cookies, other than you don't know who that website is also letting use the history stored. - recipe for all sorts of unsolicited emails.

Not understanding cookies , easier and safer for me to just delete , i hate unsolicited mail either tinternet or letterbox wise , if it hasn.t got a stamp and my name on it it goes in the bin end of

Nope...they had all my details........home address etc......as provided 2 1/2 yrs ago
