Fair play you must be the first one on here who thinks about his neighbors.
When I put my oil/water pump in and only had the exhaust manifolds on I never once thought about my neighbors or the neighborhood I just wanted to know what my oil pressure was and for my own pleasure how she would sound with no exhausts
