I really would like a set of Larini valved back boxes for the GS.
I had them on my 4200 and the sound of the standards 'as you all know' are just not good enough.
Where is the most cost effective place to get a set?

They seem rare on ebay Dave. In fact I cannot recall seeing the valved ones on there before.
I searched and found some new ones, but £1900. I was thinking more around the £1200 mark.
Am I kidding myself!!

At £1200 I'd almost (almost) be tempted to sell mine... although mine aren't valved.

Are your boxes valved? They always fetch a healthy premium over the non-valved version.

Would like to retrofit valves to my un-valved larini's
I'm pretty sure the only difference is the valves, and the internals are the same, if so, quite doable.
Certainly if I stuff a cork up both inner pipes it certainly significantly mutes the idle rumble, which I would like, at certain times.
