Ordered these, received back home in UK, look quite tidy, if not cost me like 3 quid.....

If they work better than the plastic replacement shells that are not quite there so long as your original is basically functioning then winner

I have done similar,

The plastics don’t last long at all. Scratch within days and look real rough. I went replacement blue plastic. But a couple of points to note.

Never throw the old casings away without first transferring the tiny transponder inside each key body.

Be really careful removing the Trident logo. Glued down with Magic....., easily damaged.

I got so annoyed that Maserati don’t have them I had new ones made, and now have 13 spare.

Free at Brooklands next year.

These are not the same, they go over the original knackered fob shells. Spongy rubber no need to dismantle the original.

Oh, I know that. Didn’t ever want the cover. Just sharing my own experience and fix.

Raffles - what’s this (forgive my ignorance)
It's a keyring - they came in various colours but this one looks like the lighter blue. Raffles?
I've a darker blue and a white and they're rather nicely made.
Maserati store appears to be out of stock though.

This one on fleebay "appears" to be genuine but perhaps, like the Astoria tickets The Who sang about, it's been made in Hong Kong:
