Wash your mouth out...VX220....PAH....

Actualy, joking aside they are very good. Built on the Lotus production line and the same platform. The Turbo was quicker than the Elise of the time and the engines were smoother than the Rover units. For me the Elise looks better but it's really an individual taste. Great value at the moment.

i think it is even a VXR edition, it is red and has black wheels with VXR engraved on them, i think it is quite rare but i would rather the Lotus. Dont you fancy another Lotus over a GS?

I've had lots of Lotus and love them but done that. I will have another Lotus but not over the GS. Two totaly different cars to be honest.

Yeah they are, would you use a GS everyday? when you used your Lotus's everyday, weren't they uncomfortable?

It all depends on what you are used to...I was Lotus mad so every journey was an adventure and the ride never came into it...But Lotus are renowed for great handling cars that ride really well. Every corner in a Lotus is an adventure and you soon forget you are sat on the floor.

i couldn't believe how low you sit, when i got into the 2-eleven, i was lowering myself in and i took my hand off the bar which helps lower you in as i though i was about an inch from the seat, i was more like 10 inch from the seat and literally fell into the seat, god i had a saw **** but was definately worth it, the 2-eleven cornered like a house fly. awesome.

Bet you can not wait to get your hands on your first Lotus...or what every you decide. I will say dont' say no to a MRK 1 Elise...you can get good ones for 7/8k and they are just as much fun as any Lotus. Plus you can do so much to them to improve handling etc.

No, wish I still had it though...There is a story on that....Always wanted a CSL and never thought I would get one but then the wife wanted another baby so I said yes as long as I could heave a CSL....Job done.

I was going to say that you could do alot worse than the VRS....It was my wifes car but I drove in on a two week trip to Italy and it was brilliant. These are fast cars and I think they look better then the new one. Plus very cheap.
