How to change the fog light globes?

I would like to change the fog light and parker globes to some good quality Philips globes. There is some insect nside the lamp so I liked take it out and give it a good clean.

Anyone can knows what is the best way to undo the fog lamps? Behind the wheel arches or from under the car ?

I'm a patnent man Frank I seem to recall its an undertray off job, which given my limited garage tools might be a challenge! Definitely want to do it at some point though, it bugs me seeing the fly in there. Pun intended.
