This was posted on the Maserati FB page yesterday.............I can see the Zagato influence in it for sure. I quite like it! It reminds me a bit of the Lancia Hyena which is not a bad thing.

Most of Zagatos offerings have been very marmite over the years. They do tend to grow on you though.

Proportions are all wrong... I am guessing they stretched the body over the QPV/GT chassis which gives it more a F 612 Scag design style, not sure if that is the intention.

IMO it will look a lot better on a shorter wheel base platform

It's a Gransport underneath apparently . They could have changed the wheels and the seats . It is horrible though .

That's a bit unfair. zagatoes has been spot on most of the time, especially in Question Of The Day. Oh, wait...

Interesting piece this by carrozzeria Zagato, built in 2007. It was their interpretation of Maserati’s Coupe with the addition of their signature double bubble roof and re-styled rear end. Possibly two of these were built as this one is in black and wearing U.S reflectors, so not sure if it is the same car. The silver one has no reflectors...

A few threads on here on this car. Reminds me of when Lancia turned the Integrale into the Hyena except they did it much better than that.
