I’ve currently got a forum special unsilenced H-pipe, feeding into the stock GS valved boxes...

Should sounds good . I've got an H pipe and straight through tail pipes . I think I might need some sort of exhaust box on the rear with the cat deletes

Went for a bit of a drive today to start getting used to my car with the decat pipes on.

The change in the exhaust note is pretty big, and the sound now when under acceleration is fantastic. The car is much raspier now, and there are lots more pops, crackles and bangs, especially on the overrun. Changing gear is also much more noisy, and it’s great fun going up and down the gears.

I also think the car feels like it is revving quicker, and is slightly faster. The guy at Autofficina who fitted the pipes said it would transform the way the car drives, and whilst that might be a bit of an exaggeration it definitely feels like the throttle response and acceleration has improved a bit.

I did this to try and capture what it sounds like. Sound quality is a bit ****, but you get the gist...
