GTS instrument panel dead

[Felonious Crud]

Hi. Everything else seems to be working ok, but not a scrap of life from the main instrument panel.

I checked in the manual to see which fuse it could be but none mentioned the instrument panel. It seems odd if there isn't a fuse involved there somewhere.

Any ideas?
