Having bought my GranSport a couple of weeks ago, I still have not got it as the gearbox warning light came on with an error code P0716 as the dealer drove it out of the showroom. The description is from my generic OBD II kit:
Type: Powertrain – Transmission – ISO/SAE Controlled
Description: Input/Turbine Speed Sensor “A†Circuit Range/Performance
The warning light was intermittent. It has been with a specialist for a few days. They used the proper Maserati diagnostics and replaced the speed sensor. When the warning came back, they were told by Maserati Technical to clean off the remains of the old sensor. This still did not fix it. They are about to go through the wiring to check for dirty connectors. Meanwhile, has anyone come across problems with this before and found a solution? Could it be something they did when changing the CambrioCorsa oil before delivery?
