Great day for driving

Just been driving down the fosse chasing an Aston Vantage Convertable fantastic fun windows down lots of noise, think it may be the last good day of the year.

Now I remember why I bought this great car.

Collected my Alfa this morning which has just had a new hood...
drove it home with it up, then folded it away and went for a nice blast...magic!

Took all 4 out for an hour...every one put a smile on my face. Best of all was the Maser...Went to Castle Combe Village....Weird, its been turned into 1918 for a Speilburg film, guess they will have to dubb out the sound of my V8!

pale blue, black interior, now with a nice black mohair hood

I'm sure I have said this before...
as beutiful as she is, the pictures do make her look in nicer condition than she is,
there are a few dings and dents here and there, and some of the chrome needs re-plating,
but a real joy to drive...especially al fresco!

Love driving through Combe village..Its like going back in time...Such a pretty place.....Was it Doctor Doolittle they filmed there as well Pete......
