Grancabrio MC?

Hi all,

Been a while!
I'm looking to get back into an Italian exotic and have looking at scratching a big F430 spider itch (late model, high spec) and have frustrated by bidding on a couple cars that were of the spec I want but not getting enough movement on the price to do a deal!

Just got side tracked by the grancabrio mc! Anyone got one? Know anything about them?

It's purely a weekend toy (+eu road trip etc)

I've seen a GranCab MC in the metal and it's a great looking car, super eye-catching. And super-rare.

Have to say, 430's don't grab my attention any more.

I know what you mean about f430's but to me a red/cream with race seats/challenge grill/ceramics is still an event!

ON the Grancab MC....STunning car and in the right colour looks very mean....(black looks fantastic)....A very different car from the 430 though........For me the GRancab MC looks better, sounds better and is better looking inside and out than the 430 but the 430 will be the better sports car .....Grancab is a GT more than a sports car.....

I have just sold our new stock GranCab MC in nero, nero trim with rosso stitching and lots of carbon.
Its not being delivered until late march, if you are local you are more than welcome to come and have a look

2 different propositions and like the 430 so much even a over the 458!
Love the Grancabrio mc, look the nuts and noise is better than the 430 imho! 430 more the drivers car though. Hmmmm....

I'm good thanks......CSL....have you seen the prices these days...out of reach now. Wish I had kept mine now.......430 def the better drivers car but then look at the size of it compared to the GRancab MC......BUt the MC I think looks better and has more presence on the road....PLus that noise is to die for....Look forward to hearing what you go for.....

car will be onsite for another week then its going to storage.....

Thanks Andy/Gary, the car I'm interested in is in the Leeds/Wakefield area so closer, just mulling it over as have got a 430 in my ideal spec possibly lined up (red+cream, carbon race seats, ccm's and lots more)
But this Grancabrio mc is one car that could tempt me if I don't get a deal on a 430!

And yes Csl's are really holding their money now!!

Two cars that have very very little in common. Depends on what you really want and how hard you are going to drive it.

The Maserati would be far better as a European GT than a 430 and the technology is a lot newer, the Maserati also looks superb and is a rare beastie..!!
