i think a good 3200 is worth 14k, thats my opinion, yes it puts it up with a good 4200 but the 3200 is not neccesarily meant to be cheaper, its 2 different cars the way i see it.....obviously the newer a 4200 is the more expensive it should be but a 2001 3200 and a 2002 4200 should be roughly the same if the 3200 has been looked after....the AC however will be worth little bit more, than again i would say that

...once they get past a certain age/mileage...its all about condition and history.....hard to nail down values........after an indie inspection,...not so difficult!
