Once I'd tried out manual in sport mode, there was no way back....

I must say the seller knows his demo route well. I presume he took you on the same circuit. Coming off the motorway onto that curving slip road he accelerated like I've never experienced before. The grip and acceleration had me grinning from ear to ear. I was nearly sold at that point but I decided I couldn't live with the 20" wheels.

Congratulations. It does seem to be a nice car and I'm pleased to hear it has been kept "in the fold".

Must say I drove Blox QP GT and didn't find the 20" wheels hard riding...........But then it was on track I suppose.

....and you were sliding sideways at the time...!

Have to say, the ride can be a tad on the boney side at times but not to the point that it detracts from the fun. I think he 20 inch wheels really fill out the arches too...

Would agree Blox.......They do suit the QP.........I remember the reviews of the QP GT and they also said the ride was a tad 'boney'.....Suppose it all depends what you are coming out of I suppose..........If you have had a Lotus Elise it would feel like a bed if you had a Jag maybe not....

A hard ride shouldn't be too much of a problem. It's unlikely I'll ever have it over 50 mph....

......not!
