Fuse - Relay Cover 4200

Does anyone have a spare fuse- relay cover from the block in the boot of a 2002 4200. Mine was missing one from when I bought the car and I would like to replace it. Maybe an Alfa or Fiat one is the same. Hope someone can help.

I'm not sure which part that is... the area above the battery in the 3 coupés I have owned has always been exposed, unless you refer to the boot lining door?

Yes, the area above the battery. Ill get a photo when I have a chance. I thought it was correct that only one of the blocks had a cover but it seems that both do. It looks like the same cover.
